I think you will find that most, if not all of them would require you to relocate the batt etc.

Cheap and minimal cutting/stuffing around does not really go together.. If you want one with minimal mucking around you should be looking at the more expensive options.

exhaust manifold chris Razz
I have found sexy cast iron 2J stuff but yeh its a tad expensive ~600 delivered
even with that expensive one they are still gonna need a bit of a cut for the wastegate. *shrug* might as well get a cheaper one. Im not gonna go racing or anything .

ebay shouldn't be too bad. i believe you'll more than likely have to move the wastegate and a bit of port matching wouldn't go astray. stainless do have a tendancey to crack when put through extreme heat cycles like that seen in drifting, so street use should be ok.
whats the lastest on the build, as in turbo choice etc? i have been away for a while and can't find your post on the setup questions.

good choice. we have one in the shed with the 1.06 rear on it waiting to go on. will take a little longer on though. the build has been postponed with no new start date in the near future. we are aiming to stretch it a bit an try and make 500rwhp.

might have to build you a manifold instead skeez, and you can be our guinea pig! pity i need a car or another manifold as a guide for clearance although the plan is to make it a lot different to most.

that manifold has the wrong turbo flange on it for a GT35 unless you bought one with a T4 flange.

don't have a laser cutter but there not necessary. i have laser cut flanges for it though.
as for my manifold think 6boost but built for an aristo. it will have much the same merge collector design. we've done one already for a rodeo 4cylinder and it looks and works awesome. i'm planning to move the turbo about 100mm further forward and have the wastegate pipe in the direct path of exhaust flow to try and get the best possible boost control.
will be a while until i get it built though. if it all comes together well then i will consider making a few more if there is a demand. i'll post up pictures as i go.
