Lexus Badge

Hey,

decided that the Toyota badge on my front grill is looking a bit old and I want to replace it. Previous owner debadged the rear and I have a spare badge, but am thinking I want to go to a Lexus badge.

So my question is, where do people get theirs from and can the Toyota badge be taken off the grill?

the standard Toyota badge is held on by two small screws, pop ya hood and have a lookie, not sure on the Lexus badge, but each to their own!
