Hey

Has anyone seen the Aristo featured in HPI magazine this month. The car is in Japan and is a new lexus version i think 2005 or something. it has had a engine swap for a vvti 2jz out of a supra. its cranking out 700ps with nos. has a t04z setup and other numerous name brand parts. Very Happy

Just seeing if anyone else has seen it and has any opinions on it i think its nice but i would rather are shape aristos (91 - 97) Razz

And its for sale!

Ordinary looking tailpipes though but when you've got that much performance I suppose it doesn't matter. Just that the rest of the car they paid a lot of attention to, including retrimming everything in BRIDE cloth - doors, seats, centre console.

I don't know whether it was mentioned or not but this is a JZS160 not a 147. Still, very nice motor vehicle. $43,000 is cheap for what you get but I don't think its eligible for importation, is it?

that model isnt available for compliance so no need to be reverted back to stock... personal import... own it in japan for 12 months, bring it over, have an engineer sign off on it and register Very Happy

I'm curious, with personal imports can it be any country (probably silly qs) - also does the car have to be on the compliance list (or Raws approved list)?

Where I come from , Jzx110s, Premios, Allions, Corolla Blade (Awd varient) sell like hot pancakes and with half the family involved in politics or the forces - well you get what I'm saying.

Very interested in knowing. Cool
