TTC mode is just changing to spool patterns of the turbo's.

instead of having a sequential turbo setup (as standard) some ppl do the TTC mod (True Twin Conversion) however, this increases lag and response ... so isn't suited to everyone, though it is meant to prolong the life of the turbo's if you boost them.

I had this done in my 6spd supra ... but won't be doing it in my aristo.

why not your aristo, do u get more a kick back when the turbos kick in at once? i would rather both turbos kicking at once so i can drive around no using my turbos and save fuel till i want the power

yeh but keep in mind running a ttc setup will make it a lot less responsive during the low rpm range making it more difficult to manage in traffic

I tried the ETTC mod on mine and the response was not good. It would be better on a manual as the revs can be adjusted with the clutch, the auto just bogs down and prolongs the boost lag.

because i spent 2 years playing with the stock turbo's on my supra, and i have no intention on doing that with the aristo.

this car will see stock boost all the way up to the day i rip them out for a big single. not fkn around this time.

fair enough when u get the new one sell me your twin set-up Smile
I just love the turbo kick, if they both just kick in at once means it would be twice as hard then it is, would be orsoe, but i guess lower down power is better for everyday drivin and burnouts Very Happy .
