Upper front control arm

Does anyone know if you can source these locally (aus) or from an aftermarket supplier that will match. Upper front passenger side control arm. Got quoted 1200 bucks and 4 weeks delivery time. I am trying to get them repaired as we speak but wanted to know for future reference. Thanks for any help

Castle Hill Toyota or RB Toyota NZ.

You can pick them up for about $280 each.
