Hi guys

just wondering if anyone has had to replace there cam seals.

im after the ones that seal on the outlets of the cams that come out of the head and attach
onto the camgears.

Any help would be great in that area.

Also does anyone know a good Haltech tuner in Perth.

i need a tune badly so i can get this car on the strip before summer

cheers

yeah I had the same problem with mine as I used the ones in the
kit and found out that they leaked and had to pull it all apart only
to find that the cam seals were .5 mm short in the diameter compared
to the Toyota ones. So yeah save some hassel and get genuine.

Exactly the same problem! Hard to pinpoint the leak as well. I thought it was the crank gasket as the oil runs right down to the bottom and looks like it is coming from the crank seal!
