Aristos minus compliance would probably work out to be about $6-7... probably way less if you get one with mods & panel damage which is perfect for drifting Very Happy

Better off with a z30 or even a supra if you want to go down that route. A chaser is perfect for the vip drift look though!

Although an aristo sliding around a track would be a sight to behold

Dont take this the wrong way scott,

but you were saying you are struggling to save up for a set of coilovers correct? How are you going to afford a track car like an aristo (even if it only cost you 6-8k). Dont think for a second that just because its a dedicated track car you wont have to spend money on it to keep it running. Also, you would then need a tow car and a trailer...again another expense to add on.

Then, you actually have to have some sort of competition history to import a track only car. You cant just say hey i want to import a car for the track...

yup, if you want it as a race/rally only you need to have a cams l2s license

or you can bodyshell it and split it between 2 containers, but that just addds to the cost

be aware of those sites, just did some google research.

turns out its all a scam. many many many people are owed money and cars.

http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/93193-garage-big-power-fraud-4.html

big power .. d1 exports and japanese used car exports..
all have same site lay out so if u stumble upon them u'll know what im saying.
alarm bells went off in my head when i saw payment via western union.
much like other scam sites on the net from china like elebarn etc.

anyways some hot hot cars for track only though... 950hp JZS161 6spd with NOS.......
id probably kill myself but it would be a fun 10seconds or less....(im free)
if they're available else wise ..id go thru importmonster.com

An Aristo that costs $0 in Japan will still be around 6k landed here.

The board is sponsored by a car importer, why not support them Smile
