No biggie, but this is one of those little things that's been bugging me for a while...

Mine appears to have 2 washer refill lids under the bonnet in two different spots and I'm a little confused as to why?

Can anyone shed some light? I'm assuming they're all like this...

Actually, the other one is for water with solution to clean oil off the windscreen. Have a look at the stem on the dash and you will see that there are two switches.

I'm not laughing I'm serious! I can't see myself fitting a front mount anytime soon and this seems like a reasonable compromise. Should be piss easy to rig up!

Does anyone know which is which, specifically which one the button on the end of the stalk activates??

I'm assuming the second bottle is supposed to work when you push the wiper stalk away....mine doesn't seem to...I can't even hear a motor going

The bottle at the front of the engine bay is the bottle that works when you push the knob on the end of the stalk. This must mean that the bottle up near the firewall is the bottle that works when you push the stalk away from you. Im pretty sure this is right cos ive removed the bottle/pump up near the firewall to make way for a catch can, and when i push the stalk away from me nothing happens anymore.

Ill be fucked if i know which bottle is supposed to have what in it though.

The one near the firewall is supposed to be for the detergent/antifreeze/whatever mixture.
The one at the front of the car should be for water.
