if anyone has a clue as to where to buy thanks for the help in advance. on a second note am after new not second hand.

You could do a lot worse than SARD mate...there's crap talk on just about every brand of injector out there.

I run SARD 800's and Pete runs SARD 540's and we've both had no issues at all.

SARD side feeds are drop ins...no collars required and the injector plug on mine even plugged into the Toyota loom.

just found this as well, you get the sard fuel regulator included and they are top feed injectors with adapters and they state it suits jzs147? not sure if that means fuel rail is necessary but for an extra $235 as opposed to 6 injectors on their own im wondering if this is worth getting sorted now as a bundle.

Very Happy

You don't need an aftermarket reg mate the stock one is great for most applications (I still run a stock reg)

And you will need a new rail as the stock rail only suits side feed injectors.

Do you understand what is meant by side feed and top feed?

I have 800's, when i finally get around to doing the work ill let you know how they go. I got them instead of the 650s because i wanted that extra bit of breathing space if i needed it.

Mine were $700.

Agreed

I got the 800's as they were the same price as the 540-650's etc

Glad I did now as I'm chasing more power than originally planned.

They run perfect with a stock idle etc.
