Does anyone know what the penalties are in Victoria?

I have searched every where to get this info cant find it on vicroads website or google!

Only information i found was for SA - $2500 fine....

i typed in interlock to google ... wtf??

i dont really understand what your asking?

is it :if you have an interlock drivers licence and your driving a car without the system what is the fine?

Interlock is the device which you have to blow in to everytime you start your car because of a drink driving offence...

I'd say it's a safe bet you wouldn't be seeing your license in quite a while.

I heard they cut 1 ball off. For each offence. That doesnt give you many chances.

Were you drink driving at the time?

If not, I would say that it might possibly be the same penalty as driving without a licence.

If you WERE drinking, then i would say its 12+ more months without a licence and probably a suspended jail sentence.
