looking at buying some parts from toyota

i know std means standard whats the O/S 0.05 mean. do i have to worry bout it?

std is standard , 0.05 is 0.05 tho over sized

Are these valves or pistons or something? Usually a part where wear requres replacement parts to be slightly different than the stockies.
