PMs sit in outbox and won't send

Hi wasn't sure what forum and who to ask, I am trying to reply to a PM that was returned to me, from one I sent, but comes up with message sent, but it actually only goes to the outbox, can't seem to make it go.

If its in outbox, it just means the person u sent it to hasn't checked their inbox.

When you push 'send' it goes to your outbox, and to the recipient's inbox.
When they read it, it goes to your sent items.
Just a quirk in the way it works
