Wow, where do I start.
I have been trying to boost my bloody car for around a month now with no luck at all.
I have checked everything VSV,s Actuators, replaced all the lines, pressure tested everything you name it and still nothing no boost not even the second turbo coming online.
Jayvee was kind enough to have me round at his place and spend a good solid 5 hours+ pulling my turbos down and checking the wheels and making sure we had missed nothing.
We had pretty much come up with to possible reasons as to why boost and the second turbo was not coming online, missing rear turbo exhaust wheel or ceramic valve missing near the down pipe.
Well I hade decided to go single turbo as I was sick of the bloody muck around but I stuck it out and last night in the we hours I had finnished checking what we thought the problem could be but still found nothing wrong, I was stumped.
So I completly disconnected the actators and hose clamped the valves open for TTC and bam booth turbos came online at a full 16-17psi, mind you quite a lot of lag but bang I had some kick ass power.
Getting the job done was a bitch and i hope to never have anything this painfull again, but what a learning curve on my new car. Loved it.
But anyways not sure what to do from here, maby cruze with TTC for a while, maby still go single, or try and get the turbos running in seq again.
But more to the point a massive thank you to JayVee for all his email replys and assistance over this long long month of pain. Great forum great crew bloody awsome support. 10/10 _________________

It was actually great to re-learn how the standard setup works as I haven't had a chance to play with it since I went single the best part of a year ago
I think that now you've come this far you'd be crazy not to spend a little more time and get the sequential working. That's right, for once I'm recommending against going single
For what you are after I think that the sequential system (when working properly), is the best fit for you. With the stock torque converter any single is going to be laggier than a well functioning sequential setup.
I'm sure we could source the bits and peices required to fix this issue 100%...then we'll boost the first turbo too and I'm sure you'll be grinning from ear to ear _________________

Hahaha...currently first turbo is running at 0.7bar, and it generally is more than enough for what I'm using the car for - VIP cruising What boost levels can you push the first turbo up to?

You're running about 10psi...so going to 12-14psi would make a noticeable improvement mate.
If you fitted a manual T you could play with it until you were happy...very cheap and effective mod.
What overall boost are you running? _________________

Unlikely before Chrissy. So depending when the next tech day is, maybe we'll organise a time sometime in the new year?
Not likely before Xmas at all...I don't fly home till Xmas Eve
Drop me a PM after boxing day and I'll see when we can do it mate.
In the meantime get yourself a Boost T (I have a spare if you can't get one in time), some vacuum hose, a bullet joiner (to join vacuum hose), a cap for the steel line and a T peice to tap into the existing pressure line. _________________
