Mainly because my car has been egged, not helping that it's a black car and it has been sitting in the sun anyone got a remedy to remove this crap? I hear either vingear and water or some kind of detergent. _________________
Sorry can't offer much help but I assume you didnt get the egg off instantly? Don't mean to rub salt in the wounds but a friends car got egged a few weeks ago, managed to get the egg off quickly but there were chips/marks left in the paint from the impact of the egg, hopefully this doesnt happen to you!
They are scum, they will get what they deserve in the end.

Mate that sucks something chronic, happened to me at the gf's place bout 2 months ago. Really nice thing to wake up to when you have to be at work in 15 mins.
I pretty much just washed it off as quick as I could, but it gets in everywhere. Didn't see any damage from the shells or anything though. Hopefully they didn't peg them too hard.
Karma's a bitch though ain't it... hopefully it catches up with the little shits. (assuming they were kids and not drunken commodore bogans hating on the 'jap crap' )
I managed to get it all off without a hitch luckily, paint looks fine too!! I used hot water and dishwashing liquid from coles and it worked a treat _________________

for what its worth guys,if its left on in the sun,it goes like concrete on your car,
the best way i have found to remove this ,is get yourself the local paper ,use a good 6 or more sheets and dunk them in soapy water and place the paper over the egg and crap on your car,
dripping of course and leave it there,
with your car OUT of the sun obviously for as long as you can,or better over night,
this should make the egg go soft ,then after removing the paper,
you can use a number of things to try and scrap the shit off,
1 of the things i use is a plastic scraper or spachular from the kitchen,
or try a sponge with the white jex cloth type surface on one side of them,
where i live they call them truck sponges,(use a liquid polish with this,it reduces the chance of
scraching that area you are working on,
if you do get scratches after you have removed all the crap, use a machine cutter/buffer
(AT A LOW SPEED) and some cutting paste and do the whole area ,ie door, roof ,wing,
hope this helps, all the best nick..........
