hello

just wondering if anyone has put in a polished aluminium pipe or stainless pipe for there radiator hose on there car... you know the hose going from the top of the head to the top of the radiator...( i believe its the cold side of the radiator ) as im looking at doing it to my car for some wank factor really just wondering to see were people got theres from or what you used to make it... any help would be great

Got mine from greenline, Greddy makes it and it seems to be aluminium. I dont think its the cold side as the pipe gets bloody hot.

Around $60 and another $15 for shipping i think comes with Greddy silicone and clamps too. Looks neat.

Comes under Aristo.


Nengun is usually just slighty cheaper then greenline, but it takes AGESSSS to get your parts. Takes about 2 weeks from greenline.

chris u need a greddy cooler kit to match ur nice top pipe, paint all the aluminium black to tie in and that will be the nicest looking engine bay on here

Btw, when you pull the hose, how much coolant do we expect to lose ( and need replacing) ?

This pic was after my big re-build but before everything was complete. When I put that pipe on, it split. It now has that new pipe. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
