hey guys ill b going to usa in 2 weeks and have a few questions.

1.do us domestic tt supras have steel wheels turbos?? and will these fit onto the aristo standard manifold??

2.i might just end up with a bigger single turbo setup that ill get from usa. will a aftermarket manifold for a supra fit my car??it prob will but im not sure......

3.what turbo would b good for about 350rwkw and about a 11 sec pass.(like a t04z??)

4.what other parts do you guys think would b worthwhile buyin from usa??

5.will 4pot supra brakes easy enought a thing to do and be worthwhile buying??

sorry about these questions but most of you guys know crazy amounts more then i do about these cars and so might as well get some more knowledge about them.

again any info at all will b heaps helpful.

cheers
neil.

you know, it'd be cheaper if you get them to post you the stuff... rather than flying over to pick them up yourself... Very Happy

sorry didnt read all your posts cant be *ucked lol Nervous but basically t04z is overkill for 350rwkw and gt35/40 will do that on about 23ish psi boost with supporting mods!! and brakes wise ive upgraded mine to 4spot 98 celsior callipers and disks and work awesome and where a direct bolt up!! as are the supra ones, but im guessing they would be a little more expensive

cheers Jeff

Straight bolt on replacement - calipers, discs and pads.
Awesome stopping power.
You need bigger wheels with at least 38 offset to clear them. Check any prospective wheel on the setup before buying! Very Happy

Offset doesn't haven't all the much to do in whether a wheel will fit over big brakes, but more so the design of the wheel to make sure it has curvature around the chunky caliper.

as for the other questions:

Yes USDM are steel wheeled turbos and will bolt on. No i don't think its worth it for the money / hassle involved.

Turbo - a GT35R will do the trick for you for 350 RWKW

Most Supra manifolds will fit but may require some "cutomisation" as the aristo body is different.

what other parts?? depends on what you want and what budget you have.

As mentioned above, yes supra 4-pot brakes bolt on, but i would buy them from the NZ rather then the US as its cheaper (including freight).

Also - if you are travelling to the US, keep in mind issues around baggage weight - there is no way you will get stock turbo's onto a plane and not pay a fortune in excess baggage fees.

have fun...
