Hey all,
name's Mark, I've been browsing these boards since I made the decision to get an Aristo to replace my (huge pain in the ass) mazda 929 HD. seems like there's plenty of knowledge and support and community warm & fuzziness etc etc going around here, also lacking for the mazdas.
Hopefully i'll be getting my aristo through Iron Chef Imports in the next few months, but I'd rather learn all I can before rushing into it. not gonna go crazy with mods, I think they're good enough as it is... coilies, wheels, tint, stereo, gps should set me up nicely.
other than that... I like skateboarding. funtastic.
Looking forward to sharing my experiences and learning from everyone here.
My name is Matti and i'm from Finland. Just turned 24 and bought an Aristo It has been my car of dreams few years and now finally I got it. Very good looking car and the motor has lots of potential.
Just found this site 2 weeks ago and still have lots of reading here Hope to find lots of info about the car and get to know some people outside Finland. We dont have much of Aristos here so people looks at you little strange because of the RHD
Hi all. My name is Mohit and I live in Melbourne.
I currently own a Supercharged Mitsubishi Verada.
Looking at selling it and moving up to a TT Aristo.
Have started my research by reading all the useful info on this great forum.
Hope to be in a TT Aristo soon (if you know of any good ones in Melb let me know!)
Welcome Mohit as very nice Verada there mate as i love the Verada's as have owned 5 of them ranging from early model 93 KR Ei's then up the KS Xi's then progressed to a 2001 KJ Verada Xi as sold that to purchase the Aristo 1.5yrs back had tiptronic and all the normal Xi features was a champagne colour.
Also bought another immaculante 2000 KH Verada Xi with 100,000kms for 8k 1st up placed an order for an LPG conversion as car hasnt missed a beat in 2yrs and an extra 85,000kms my wife has put on it as i love the cars with a passion !
Enough of me as love the sleeper effect with the supercharged Verada as loving the color too also is it a factory colour ?
Any specs on the setup mate as might consider it on the wifes car
Anycase welcome aboard and PM me for some info. on some very nice cars as know of a few in Melbourne up for grabs.

Yup the Veradas are very underated cars, especially when boosted.
Yes that is the factory colour (Burra red). Also has a cream leather interior.
Here are some specs:
- Sprintex supercharger (twin whipple)
- 7 psi pulley
- Perfect Power SMT6 ECU
- Walbro high flow fuel pump
- Pacemaker headers
- Magnaflow high flow cat
- Redback 2.5" cat back exhaust
- Auto trans cooler
- 167 kw atw (~ 215 kw at the fly)
- 400 Nm torque at the fly
I love this car but now have the bug for more power. It's not economical spending more money on this car so that's why i need to let it go and find another luxo bruiser which has more potential.
BTW, PM sent regarding Aristos for sale in Melb as i can only find one for private sale at the moment that i would even consider buying _________________
Extremely underrated ecspecially with an extra 60 odd kws with the supercharger attached
Burra red nice one as ive only every had white or champagne coloured Verada's as i still look at the trading ads in regards to these cars.
Shame with the Verada's as being 45k+ new its a shame they drop invalue so rapidly as terrific if you're in the market for one as theyre bargain cars as perfect for families.
Aristo's are fantastic cruising car & excellent on the WOT as the power delievery is very linear & before you know it you're well over the speedlimit without even really trying.
Have there faults but what car doesnt but they make up for the performance and bang for buck IMO as happy hunting and PM returned

Welcome, nother Adelaide aristo! We demand pics in the members ride section! _________________
Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
hey guys
my name's Tam, 20 years of age and am from Sydney. Currently in the process of doing my apprenticeship as a mechanic at a Ford dealership. Been a member for a couple of months now and I just realised I haven't posted in this thread yet lol so I'm making it up for it now. Purchased my 1996 Silver Aristo TT in late February at Edward Lee's Japanese Auto Centre in Parramatta (note to anyone do not ever buy a car from there! biggest sh*t talkers ever) and yes it has a sunroof
Was in the market for an Aristo because I wouldn't get anything else besides a Toyota and I wanted something different and because some ding-a-ling wrote off my corolla (some people just don't look when they back out of there driveways).
First time ever I saw an Aristo was pictures from the Toyota Megacruise and I saw VIP-300 (nice car by the way I know your on here somewhere) and straight away I knew wanted an Aristo one day and who knew soon enough I would get one. So I sold what was left of my corolla and had to sell my brand spanking new R6 and the Aristo if the final product lol.
Anyways that's it for now hope to see more Aristo owner's in Sydney.

hey guys,
i'm Iain. i'm from bunbury WA, i'm near on 22, and i bought an Aristo on monday night. it's silver in colour, lowered, has Blitz 18" wheels, HKS catback, blitz pod, blitz bov, and some awesome yellow paint on the horns and front calipers... so far im pretty stoked with it, has the grey cloth interior, DSP stereo. drives nice, and i got it for a steal at $11k
all i've really got planned for it is to stick a Greddy cooler kit, an FCD and some HIDs in it, and maybe a decent trans cooler. it's just a daily, so i think 300 odd hp should be enough haha.
before this i had (well still have) an R31 Skyline. anyone familiar with the R31 Skyline Club would probably know who i am, i moderate that site and post whore the hell out of it
the car started out as a stocker when i got it in '03, since then it copped a full series 3 conversion, RB20DET with a TD06, coilovers, big brakes and some other goodies. i was starting to get pretty sick of driving a drift car to work every day though, then one day i got a yellow that ended up not coming off, so its now sitting here half stripped on its way to becoming a temporary track car. eventually i plan to reshell it into another one, cause really, i can't not have a 31 to drive
this was it when it was looking its best...
i miss driving it, though the risty is starting to make up for that a little bit..
so anyways, this looks like a great site, ive been lurking for a few weeks now. you all seem to be helpful and knowledgeable people, and i look forward to being a part of the community _________________
