I’m thinking about getting some falcon steel rims and later on putting on some MT drag slicks when/if my aristo's power starts to climb high...So will they fit I'm guessing they will? Or is there better options of good cheap rims I should consider?

Thanks

Supra 16" rears are 9" wide - usually pick up a full set for a few hundred bucks. the 17" versions are 9.5" on the back but are a lot more expensive (and rubber gets a lot more expensive too)

are you going to run slicks or the et drag radials?

the 235/50-16's need at least a 6.5" rim (should use a 7" but), so you need a falcoon rim 15x7 preferably.

Or, you could just use an aristo rim with the 16" drag radial. They make a 255/50-16, will work fine with the stock rim.

I am going to get a set of mickey thompson sportsman tyres and use them. They are treaded but have the same slick compound and crinkly wall, and are pretty cheap ($250 a tyre thru a mate [i cant get m/t thru work anymore]) and are 26x9.5-16.
