Does anyone know what happened to the Aristo from HPI did they get the twin turbo set up running?
Was the turbo upgrade worth while?
Do they still have it?
Its a shame they never finished the build up?

It was the former editor of HPI, Ben Ellis. Since he left, people here have complained about the lack of 2JZ-GTE engined cars within the mag and a re-focus on Nissan. I agree and the last one I bought was Issue 81, the one after he left.

As for his Aristo, I am not sure what he ened up doing.

I'm not sure what the fascination with Nissan is - the only car I don't see break when even mildly upgraded is the GTR.

That and GTST's are like dog turds - one on every corner.

They are cheap and light.

There are more 33 GSTt's on the road in VIC than taxis.

I'm not sure if its the same car but the "JZS147" is owned by the guy that runs OTOMOTO here in Sydney. He lives a couple of doors down from where my youngest son learns drums so I see it every week. It's silver and has a replacement 12" sub in the back so I think it's the same car. Also has FMIC.

Yep, that's him. He owns, or at least runs Otomoto. The colour confuses me though coz it wasn't silver? Do you mean a dark silvery colour? The articles are here to check.
