Don't know what to do. Was screwing my water temp sensor back in and it snapped clean in half. Sensor half is now stuck inside the threaded hole, so now I'm without a sensor.
if its snapped in there, you can try and use a small screwdriver/pick/something, to try n grab an edge of the snapped sensor and unscrew it, they usually wont snap 100% clean, and normally you can grab a bit of the edge and rotate it out, alternatively, use a 40 thou (1mm) drill bit and drill a hole offset from the centre.
this will create an edge you can use to remove it...you can drill a 2nd hole in there and use 2 small screwies to get it out....or, last option....screw removers! drill a 3mm hole in the centre, then use a screw remover on a drill.
am assuming it got real tight before it snapped? if so, you probably wont be able to use the first methods and the only option is screw remover! _________________

Maybe give Nick at North Shore Toyota an email as well? He's fantastic with part numbers and he could have it to you as quickly as somewhere like Amayama could. Generally cheaper than Aus Toyota as well.

hmmm, interesting!
Well good news atleast! good luck! u manage to extract the remains of the old one yet
The easy out bit just chewed the brass to pieces. So I bought a radiator hose water temp sensor adaptor from autobarn and put the sensor in there. After my final exams are over this week Ill drill out the old sensor, re tap the hole and seal it up with liquid metal epoxy and a bolt to fit. The easy out bit did a good job on making a mess of it hahaha. Took that elbow pipe piece that holds the sensor out today. Easy fix luckily
