Anyone delt with this bloke/company ?
I've purchased something through his ebay store & paid direct deposit earlier this week and its still saying payment needed on my ebay. I've tried ringing his mobile number but he doesn't answer, nor has he responded to email.

Anyone know if he's away at the moment or just busy ?

I just want to confirm that they did actually receive the payment as ebay still listed as "pay now"

Still unable to contact and no reply to email, Ebay still saying payment needed now.
Not sure what's going on. Poor form for a business not to respond.

You can just mark it as payment sent mate. Most people will wait for funds to clear or post the item straight out without marking as posted/paid etc. This is why its better to use paypal because you know for a fact that the money has gone in and if something goes wrong you can just claim the money back within 45 days.

I would say just send a message on ebay and wait until monday-ish for a response. Or try call them monday morning.

ARC induction box finally turned up today.
Will never order fro J-Imports again.. Poor service and to top it off the main support bracket on the pipe end is missing, snapped off..He should have noted that on his ebay add..
