Just wondering if anyone has had there guards rolled and if they had any problems with the paint afterwards and what the limits of a roll are? I am assumming a guard roll would be limited to half an inch at a guess, does anyone know real limits. I have some across some 18 x 12 "wheels which would be epic to run on rear but think they will be too large without flared guards

Yeah i thought that might be the case. Think they come in one other offset +20 but this will still not be enough I just had a feel around the inside of the rears and there isn't much room between the stock wheel and suspension.
Anyone have any info on guard rolling how much they managed to get out of it, if anyone has done it?

There is plenty of space between the wheels and suspension. I have 9.5inch +50 rears and have about 2 inches left until it touches anything suspension wise.
Find a 12inch wheel with at least +30 offset then you can think about flaring/rolling guards.
Use this website and calculator to work out offsets.

If you are saying there is 2" room on the inside then a +20 offset should fit easily for inside clearance???? Unless I am reading that webstie wrong as it says will only lose 27 mm of inner clearance and you are saying have ~50 mm if I am understanding correctly, don't know alot about offsets

18x12??
You cant fit them
Don't even bother trying...
You'd need to cut and weld a massive flare into them to get them on, and even then you'd be outside the guards and need to stretch tyres on to fit. Just get something more reasonable like 10" _________________

If you want specifics:
Up to about +30 will fit on the inside, too much over and you'll hit your suspension. (depends on rim design), so you want offsets less than that. (10-30 range)
On the outside, on a 12" rim, you need offsets of over +30 or you need massive guard mods. Even at +30 you will need a roll and a light pull to fit. At +20 you will need to cut+weld or go excessive camber to fit.
If you get lucky, you may JUST fit a 18x12 in +30, but it will be very tight on both inside and outside, and I wouldn't touch +20 or +40.
Hence, give up on 12" and just go a little smaller. 11" fit without too much difficulty, in a range of offsets, and 10" are easy fit. _________________

I'm guessing you are looking @ the Rota GTR Drifts? If so, as everyone said, they wont fit
Hah yeah epic size but figured they would require some guard work, out of curiosity would like to know how much you can get out of rolling guards.
Got like an inch on mine, when doing the fronts, cut the little tabs off the front guards that hold the plastic inner guards in. Otherwise when you roll them, you get little bend marks where they are. _________________
