How much of a difference do you guys reckon there would be between an Aristo and a E46 M3?

Massive price difference!

....
round a track or straight line or what?

track- your kidding right?
one is a sports car, the other is a barge with wheels and an engine capable of reasonable performance if strapped onto something light enough.

im no aristo hater, but jeezuz man there is a reason the extra M badge is a few $$ extra

I imagine an E46 and an Aristo would be somewhat comparable in a straight line. The E46 will definitely get up and boogie a lot faster but the Aristo is probably quicker from 60-160? Just random speculation really until someone turns up some numbers.

I ran a e46 m3 with my old stock twin setup (240rwkw) and was a half a car ahead upto 100kph and pulled away on it to 3-4 car lengths at 160. They only do a 13.3 quarter mile.

Stock aristo whether 147 or 161 wouldnt stand a chance in any way.

Yeah definitely wasn't talking about around a track but was just wondering about in a straight line and just general fun really.

dont know if I could justify spending another 35k if it wouldn't be that much better.

but Mmmm there so nice..
