Tien S-Tech springs... questions?

Well I've got my old springs and shocks for sale (http://www.jzs147.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9610) but technical information on them seems to be hard to come by except that they are 1.5 inches lower than standard springs.

The question at top of mind is what the springs rates might be. Does anyone know?
