hi peeps
im new to this forum i just picked up an aristo 3 days ago and are having
ploblems with clearance in the guards the tyres rub against the guard and the wheel well
they are 20x 10 tyres stretched 245s im running tein coilovers im looking at getting new rims what size would sit in the guard nicely and what offset ?? thanks
the guards are rolled to the max but is to low so it rubs right up in the arch and if i adjust the coilovers it hits the guards they are fitting atm but the camber is neg as hell and wearing the inside of the tyre very quickly
does look good but would like more driveability i drive it everyday and tyres wear out in 3 weeks i was told by previous owner $500 a pop i have tried raising it just rubs on the guard i was thinking some 19x9s would fit better _________________

Im trying to figure out how much room is in these guards so I can buy rims that are as big as possible
So this is important... just listing your rim sizes and a photo of how it looks helps heaps.. building them up together, I can get calcs for how much room is around the wheel on both inside as well as outside to the edge of the fender.
So far, it seems fronts, around 90mm from hub-outer edge should fit comfortably (with stretched tyres if you wanna lower it heaps) 100mm will need guard rolling if you like low, more than that you're pushing it.. maybe 110mm with big pull/pumped guards.
Rears.. tough to tell. about 110mm should fit. 120mm with roll.
On the inside, there's room to fit some massive rear rims under there. Hard to get numbers without more people's info, but probably enough room for 11-12" without hitting strut on the inside. A good 160mm+ available I believe.
Fronts, depends how much you wanna turn your steering wheel??, but probably -150mm from hub to inner edge is about the most you'd want, or you're going to run into clearance issues when you start turning the wheel. _________________
