Yeh thats me ive got no idea how to use this forum sorry. Ive been a member for 3 years but havent posted anything. It was raining the day of the drags but they still got 4 runs. My pb was 9.6 (1/8th mile). Going to have a run at the next one on the 21st of May hope the weather is better. If theres anyone else keen check out the Summerland Drags web site we need as much support as we can get to keep these events going.

^^^^^click that link and it'll take you to my build thread, I did see you there but i didnt get a chance to come look for you till later in the day. Did you leave a bit early? Was there with a couple of mates One was the blue cefiro and a green R31 both had white wheels. And yeah hopefully the weather will be alot nicer for the next one, and am also hoping to make an appearance for jambo.
Nice hope it all goes to plan. When i got my car i had big plan but a building a house and kids has slowed me up a bit. I used to do a heap of drag racing with my ute its good to have something closer to home. The cerfro looked nice ive always liked there shape. Couple of my mates were running the big Monte Carlo and the Gold HQ Monaro (it didnt run only had slicks) both are running big block chevs. Love to towel them up in a turbo 6. Maybe one day when win lotto.

Oh tru that gold munro was parked up right next to us, its a damn nice looking car. Would of loved to have seen it run. But the surface was prob not much good for it. Im told that the surface is slipery when its dry, that coupled with the no surface prep rule makes it pretty average. But im still keen to get out and give it a run when mine is running better Its cheap for a days fun at 50 dollars anyway.
Yeah my mate went to the 1st meet last year and said it was very slippery. My car didnt spin at all, but its near stock. The more runs the more rubber build up the better it il get. Im thinkn of stickn a boost tee on it for next meet. It runs bout 12psi now without 1, maybe pump it up to 16-17. Should probably wait till i get cooler kit
