I'd rather grow another 10 grand and buy the black limited trueno on there. Aristo dd and two truenos for eye candy.

Daily driver, you wouldn't know that, coming from a commodore background. It's hard to find a commodore that will start daily.

Turn the key, and it starts. First time. Everytime. No matter how hard I punish it, it wakes up the next day and says: "more please!". I love my baby.

Simon you really have a very small mind when it comes to cars dont you? My car has only ever been off the road 3 times 1. is when i lost my licence for 3 years... 2. when i had an accident and wrote off two other cars and only did $800 damage to my car including parts 3. when i got the transmission rebuilt due to hairline fracture in case and while it was off road that time to fit a 130amp alternator....

Now as for slow i think u really need to go for a ride in an old commy and i think you might be surprised at the acceleration and torque considering the fact its a non turbo... another fact is my VL ways a measly 1255kg with a modest stereo and a full tank of fuel....also does your trueno pull 110 km/h in first gear?

fair enough my car might not be a head turner like an aristo and every maggot has a commodore... but how many ppl do u know that have a 90-95% origional High speed pursuit VL 304 in near to mint condition? I bet none cos in recent weeks ive been offered well over 5 grand on more than 3 occasions and for all my searching i cant find one?

This one that bulldogger recomended is the one i have my eyes set on, spoke to the guy and asked him bout mods etc.... these are, Precision T55r with full billet internals, max output 950hp, 3 inch exhaust turbo back, 35mm external waistgate with screamer pipe, TIEN fully adjustible coilovers, HKS dual boost controller, Apexi super air flow conveter, twin bov and kkr front mount... also any offers under $9500 will mean different rims (work eurolines)...

this is the aristo im thinking/wanting to buy!!!!

and since you wanna pull the piss outa my other ride what you gotta say about this one? Mad

I didn't say they didn't exsist. But you've got to admit the "commodore driver" stereotype has a pretty solid foundation. As far as my trueno, come for a drive when it's registered. Bring a nappy.

New VE's also have an awesome suspension setup, very well engineered!

Aristos are sports saloons, that I cannot sit in the back of. Would easily have a new Commie for a family car Smile

Buy if its all legit and above board, not sure on the 950hp output but if that's the case must be one laggy turbo ! Decent mods tho which cost over $9500 more then the car for sure.

Commodores errm not going there or going back owned quite a few but woke up when i test drove my first jap car & since then never ever looked back.

Isn't the VE steering and suspension coming from BMW's factory?
