Need more like 19x9.5 +25 and 19x10.5 +25... pretty much 9s at the front and 10's at the back in the mid to high 20's offsets looks good. Lower offsets than about 20 and you'll struggle with guard rolling and making it not look pokey. Offsets much higher than about 35 will be sunken... though not as bad as stockies.

it also depends on what brakes you have. the offset is not really the issue here as you could still have a really low offset and still not enough rim to caliper clearance.

Yeah almost all wheel designs will need to be "Hi disc"... or something if you have big brakes, all the Japanese manufacturers call it different things. Basically refers to how much space between the mounting face and the spokes, as opposed to offset which refers to mounting face and the outside of the rim.
