hey guys, i have been looking all over this site for over an hour now, and i swear i wasnt hulucinating when i saw someone advertising a kit with all of the parts to the 100000k service for around $900 or so.... am i going crazy??? Confused

I think you can get the parts a little cheaper from toyota but that's about right i believe

This is the one you want mate, not sure how it is compared to Toyota NZ though

Also note its the Supra Water pump so you'll need to consider the cost of changing your fans over to thermo's from hydraulic. - apparently it's relatively inexpensive compared to getting an Aristo water pump though.

thanks SiGO, no wonder i couldnt find it. doesnt look like i will need everything on that list, my harmonic balancer has gone so i thought i would do a couple of other things as well Very Happy

That kit is a rip off and will cost you an extra couple of hundred more than what it costs direct from Toyota.

Have a look at the 100,000km service thread for the part numbers..

And the correct Aristo hydraulic pumps are about $450 so would most likely be cheaper than changing to a Supra pump and thermo's.

yeah im looking into it now, just wanted to compare and check it out.

This is on my agenda in the next few months but I haven't started calling round yet, Greeny suggested $1k+ for the Aristo pump??

2 x o-rings for the water bypass pipe 96761-24023 $2.27 each
Timing Belt 13568-49036 $26.39
Harmonic balancer 13407-46020 $269.75
Bolt With Washer 90119-18002 $5.96
Idler Pulley 13505-46041 $67.45
Idler tensioner 13540-46030 $57.33
Serpentine Belt 90916-02310 $58.88
TRD thermostat 16340-SP020 $74.49
Rear Main Seal 90311-90006 $31.36
Front Main Seal 90311-46001 $10.88

Water Pump was sourced from RB Toyota NZ - This is the proper Aristo pump (hydro and water).. James @ CHT was chasing ~$1300 for the thing..

I got told 1k + when I was hunting, still more than the $189 I payed for Supra pump Smile

Looks like I might be up for the 100k service soon. Anyone got any ideas on radiators? Depending whether I go supra water pump or not, is it worth getting an alloy radiator or a replace/recored aristo one?
