haha how do you start this as my first post Hmmm.Once Upon a time....lol sorry, here i go.
My name is Matt Hauzer, A-K-A Robot. (odd nickname that stuck)Im 21 an living on the Sunshine coast in Oz. Working as a HV electrician. My hobbies an interest comprise most of friends, Music festivals, great times, but mostly cars. The cars i've owned so far are a.

Had the car 6mths now an love it. Most defiantly like it the most out of all so far.

btw i must add, this forum seriously MAKES me want to own an aristo; everything is organized in the right area, from how to's to model numbers. ive been around ausrotary, toymods, ozliberty, Cressida Forums and there is NOTHING like what you guys have setup here fantastic work!

dont really think a aristo is a good tow car hey you gotta weld up your towbar
having owning my TT subi i simply hate the staged twins, is it better to grab a big single 2jz than boosting up the twins? im still researching up on what i should look for.
there's a 91 for sale with 80k on the clock for under 10, as mentioned i dont want something with nice paint as it will just get wrecked in 6 months!

How do you find those beemers mate? I have always liked the early models with the big engines.
For a daily I would stick with the twins. Aristo's are heavy and with a big single they are gutless below at least 3000rpm. The sequential system on the 2j works extremely well as it has 3L of capacity to spool it. Just up the boost and they are quite quick in sequential form. With the right mods they can make decent power but its the drivability that is the key

Hi all
while new to this site I am a fairly prolific poster over at Benzworld.org,s W126 section
My daily driver is a 83 Mercedes 500 SEC tuned by Lorinser in period
So the aristo is just for fun
My 147 is in the kind of condition most people would see fit only to use as a parts car
When I bought it it had a wof (someone was mates with the WOF guy I think)and reg and It goes
very well
I was actually looking for a S**Tbox when I bought it with the intent of building a VIP/Bozo/Rat rod crossover vehicle and also I had a set of deep dish Altsadt 18s (Look identical to work eurolines)left over from a Toyota Emina that I wanted to use on something
It had spent a fair part of its life sitting unused in an open field , so had pretty bad screen rust front and rear and its own ecosystem of exotic moss and mould growing inside thanks to all the water running in with the rain haha
The paint is totaly shot and its had some manky panel beating done in the past to
I do all my own work myself
So far Ive pulled the screens, repaired the rust and fitted a brand new front screen
Fitted RSR springs (handles good but not as low as id hoped),repaired my front pully and currently the interior is out for a clean and the brakes are in pieces for leak repairs
On the bright side its a 92 jap import so small rear bumper and electric memory steering column but no Air bags so I can legaly run an aftermarket steering wheel
I know this is pointless witouht pics I will add some soon
