Hi all, I'm looking to purchase an Aristo soon and was wondering what needs to be done when purchasing a car from a different state. I'm thinking of getting a car that's already fairly heavily modified, single turbo, fuel controller, FMIC, coilovers etc and am worried that this might cause me trouble if it needs to be inspected for the rego transfer.
At the moment I'm living in NSW and am looking at cars from VIC, QLD and SA. I may end up moving to VIC, QLD or WA in the next couple of months too so may end up going through the process twice.

Could anyone give me an idea of what to expect? Or point me in the right direction?

Thanks

There shouldn't be too many issues so long as its already registered and on the road but I would be checking with the local Transport Authority in your state to be sure Wink
