hey guys, just wondering has any one used this stuff before on their aristo? the instructions are pretty straight foward, but... does it matter at all if this stuff gets through the intake system? can i just spray and wipe and then turn the motor on? and it wont hurt anything? or is it wise to take the TB off and spray and completely wipe off and dry etc.

Mate subaru sell top engine cleaner, it works a treat and you just spray it on one of the vac lines so I should asume the stuff you have would be much the same.

well it seams to have done the trick, every now and again it would feel like the throttle was either on or off, when taking off from the lights, most of the time it would be smooth, but some times you'd be trying to work the clutch/accelerator and the accelerator would all of a sudden move.. quite embarrasing when it seams like your riding the clutch like a bitch, and a pain in the ass...

Just remember not to spray it through the TB. Spray it through a vac line AFTER the TB.

oh, haha... oops then... i sprayed it into it, while the engine was not running, and wiped it out, and then started it, i did also spray it into the vaccum lines from the throttle body, and it does seam to have helped it a bit...
